  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

🛠 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and a description, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
